Rhythm State Academy - Dance School - Logo Design

Rhythm State Academy are a dance school that are involved in bringing dance into education, running after school clubs and teaching dance and choreography to students across North-East London. They wanted a logo that packed a punch and would be reminiscent of an American college emblem. We incorporated some obligatory silhouette dancers set among a backdrop of the London skyline in case it was all getting a bit too yankee doodle dandee. While there's a lot going on in the full colour logo design we created a simplified one-colour version so that the logo can be added to marketing flyers and can be read clearly even when used comparatively small. We think the logo would work particularly well on hoodies like the girl shown below is wearing - in fact we'd pay very good money for such a garment if Rhythm State Academy are thinking of getting any produced...
